How Do You Get Fully Booked?

The magic questions so many people ask me! 

 

How do you get clients all the time?

How do you get fully booked without constantly selling?

How can you sell but not be too 'salesy?'

 

First things first - you cannot go into business focussed on the money, you have to focus on the impact you want to make. How you want to help others. The lasting impression you want to leave on people. 

Creating a sustainable business that constantly grows in revenue is not done by focussing on money, it is done by creating a difference. This difference is what people want and what they are willing to pay to get. 

 

You have to be willing to make a difference to people and make a positive impact - this is the first message you need to let sink in. 

 

There are a few things that I do, to ensure my client conversion rates are high but also of the right people that vibe with me. That is so important - that you have clients that make you feel excited and connect with and that really do align with you and your values. 

 

1. Show up all the time 

You cannot be seen as reliable and respectful if you only show up when you feel like it. You create content and material for THEM - not for you. 

 

So you have to be willing to show up online everyday and provide content that inspires, supports and helps others. 

 

2. Be transparent 

If people don't know you have space for coaching, they won't try to book. You need to be talking about your services constantly. What do you do? Why do you do it? How do you do it? Why do they need you?

 

As soon as I focussed on talking about my coaching, more people wanting coaching! I made it easy for them to book me and know exactly how I could help them. 

 

You must be transparent about what you do and why you do it - otherwise no-one will know and no-one will be booking to work with you. 

 

3. Ask questions 

I make is a habit to constantly ask my community what they want and why. When I then create it I reach out to them. I tag them and tell them 'that thing you wanted, here it is!' This is the best way to also show your community that you;

- listen to their feedback

- are willing to create what they need

- have them in mind and want to help them

- won't let them continue to float along when you have a solution for them 

 

These things make the difference between your audience feeling like a number, and feeling like they matter to you. 

You aren't selling a product to them, you are giving them a solution to a problem they have and you genuinely want to help them. THIS is the key - impact and positive difference being made for them. 

 

4. Have a plan

When you have targets and goals - you have to know how you can create that. In detail and with a clear plan. 

 

You want to make XXX this month - HOW?

Start to quantify it; 

- how many clients

- how many monthly payments

- how many courses do you need to sell

- when will you launch your products

- do you have capacity for more clients

- can you up-sell?

 

This is vital to creating a long lasting business, of success and impact. A clear plan and you being confident with that plan. Create a plan that works for you, with you and around the life and business you are creating. 

 

You can't say you want to earn X amount, which would be 10 1:1 clients, if you only have capacity for 5 - where is the rest of that income coming from? How will you create an impact that generate that extra income?

 

A plan is key for this! 

 

If you want to be fully booked - show up, make an impact and mean it.
